Hacking M3 Simply CHINESE firmware 1.04 beta released

This is the Chinese firmware only, there's no English version of 1.04b just yet.

I am still running v1.02. Do I need to update the firmware, I am quite satisfy with my M3 simply right now?

1.03 added a few new skinning features, so new skins may not look right in 1.02

1.04b added these features:

1. Automatic recognize slot 2 adapter, support NDS and GBA games card. (credit to cory1492)
2. Customable frameset for loading slot 2 GBA games. (save your gbaframe.bmp to _system_ directory)
3. Backup/Restore game saves. (press SELECT to switch to Display Savefiles, choose the SAV file and then press A to backup, chose the BAK file and then press A to restore)
4. Support deleting file and empty directory. (Press X to del while highlighting the corresponding file or directory)
5. Bug fixed for 0970 save problem.

If you don't care about any of that stuff, then feel free to stick with 1.02.

That indicates whether or not soft reset is turned on. Green = on, red = off. Press R to switch.

If you are using any version of windows earlier than win2000, or if you are not using windows, you need to capitalise the name of the _SYSTEM_ folder and the skin files before you put them on the memory card.

The english firmware won't download for me, is anyone else having that problem? Any other sites you can get it from?
