By the way, most of users, who have western encodings, won't be able to view the russian text correctly, it'd be seen as a chaotic set of diacritic letters or even squares

The people that are already on this website and know both Russian and english and want to give an M3i Zero to someone who only speaks in Russian and put the Russian Sakura on it so they will understand. Or people that have a M3i Zero and barely know english they will put the Russian one on it.
