Yeah, they do use my translation, my default russian skin as default official resources.
They also included my Vista 1.34 Rus skin in the official package as a standalone skin (You can find it in the
SYSTEM\m3sakura\ folder: Vista_Rus_1[1].34.skn)
All these files are also included in the M3Kaura beta release)))
I guess, the english language in Sakura is your work?))))

I've made some
M3Kaura 0.9 Beta 1 corrections
Now if you choose Russian language it works almost fine.
CP1251 font from MoonShell 1.71 (by
Moonlight) is used to display Russian font.
(The font was simply absent in the official release)
The translation into Russian was a bit corrected.
It still has a small bug in the translation: there is no text shown on the button that leads to System autostart section of Kaura settings.
The archive contains of the original system, that is, all the settings are default (the Chinese language is chosen).
I have also corrected the Arrow-symbols in
all language files.
Now this is shown instead of some glitchy symbols:
