Hi since its open season on the PS5 now, im wondering if its possible get example a Original 8bitdo arcade stick to work on a ps5 without a Brook Wingman FGC 2?
@TheStonedModder is working on that... he has something for wired third party controllers but he is researching bluetooth use too... I can't see the github repo he had for this, called GhostControllerSomething... but I think he is cooking something new, so stay tuned...Hi since its open season on the PS5 now, im wondering if its possible get example a Original 8bitdo arcade stick to work on a ps5 without a Brook Wingman FGC 2?

Nice!! i be happy to try if you need someone to test the 8bitdo arcade stick.Indeed
Once Bluetooth controllers are cracked fully (I’m stuck at the last wall inputs are getting lost in a randomized parser)
And Bluetooth audio is bug free
I plan to share it and make a thread on it. So I can do a single “ultimate” peripherals toolbox payload , homebrew pkg companion. That will handle all controllers and audio devices in one
It will be closed source however, which is also why the GitHub is private now
You probably already know about this project? https://github.com/sinfiltros/anypad-ps5Indeed

it’s interesting how any pad has the exact same bugs as me but there’s no reference or creditYou probably already know about this project? https://github.com/sinfiltros/anypad-ps5

Yes, I already have those working after a request from @BlackBearReloadedSo would there be any way in the future to connect Nintendo switch joy cons or Nintendo switch pro controllers?
Can I use a detached left and right joycon together as one single controller, like on switch?Yes, I already have those working after a request from @BlackBearReloaded
considering that I forgot that was even a thing they could do, no that wont work im a dummy lolCan I use a detached left and right joycon together as one single controller, like on switch?
That's a big one for me! I know they're not the most comfortable controllers themselves, but not having to have my hands together just feels so freeing.
