Hacking m3 sakura 1.12 reverse engineering

That's very nice! This might be a dumb question, but how can you start linkage? In the normal M3 Real software you used the Y-button, is that still the case in M3Sakura?

According to ahtin it will be added in the next update, so I'm guessing it will be in M3 Real software v4.0. But it seems the icon for RTS was removed in M3Sakura v1.12...

Enabling NDS-GBA linkage is really simple now, but I've written up detailed instructions on how to do it here.

Yes, it'll work OK, but I'll have to update just the little part of the config. menu for the NDS!! (I think there is a new icon added, and RTS icon removed!)

You have, because, when you choose a GBA game (from NDS config. menu), Sakura will flash it into GBA expansion in slot 2! and thten start NDS game!

M3 Lite Perfect is around $80-$90, to expensive....
Just get yourself M3 GBA expansion....it's around $20 (a bit cheaper, I think)..

Or get the Ewin Expansion Pack, it's exactly the same but cheaper if you can find it.

Hmmm...it's cheaper, but than you don't get extra features that official M3 GBA expansion offers, (GBA cheats and GBA RTS-and that's very useful, with the games that have awkward saving system)..

And I still think that M3 Lite IS worth the money....It's a great cart with amazing possibilities and compatibility.....I'm having 100+ games on mine...

Are you sure about that? If I'm not mistaken, the Ewin Expansion Pack is hardware wise exactly the same as the M3 Real GBA Expansion Pack. The M3 Real can't even tell the difference as far as I'm aware. This would mean that it functions exactly the same.

I don't think you're the average person who just wants to play GBA-roms

I still love mine as well. It's a great cart with great compatibility, all the options you could possibly imagine, 32 MB of RAM for homebrew like Quake 2 or the Opera browser and an SD slot to use with DualSlotBrowser. Still, when you're only using it to play GBA-roms without all the bells and whistles the M3 Real Expansion Pack is just as good.

no dude its the dstt and the ewin that are the same.
The m3 gba has something other packs do not have.. RTC..
