Hacking LOZ:ST single card download play problem

hello i have the AP patch on the game and when ever i enter the battle mode to send data to the other ds the game freeze's on me with a black screen. has anyone else have a problem with this? i am on Cyclone DS Evolution. any help would be nice.

oh i also have the latest fireware.

Works for me.
Using firmware 1.56 beta 3. Battery Saver mode turned off.
