Looking For Wii Pirate Theme

Basically, I am looking for a Wii Pirate theme that many others are looking for too.
The theme has only one video that I can find which you can watch below:

I found a post on reddit where someone was looking for the same theme, yet they had no luck as all that was sent to them was the Wii Community Creations thread (WHICH ONLY HAS THE BLACK AND WHITE PIRATE VERSION BUT WITH NO SKULLS IN EMPTY CHANNELS!!!!) - Here
If anyone has this exact theme, please let me know. That theme looks awesome and I would pay money to get my hands on it.

Basically, I have found several things linked to the guy. He is commonly known as PoptartWii. But I found several people that used to know him through old wii BO1 trickshot groups. I found one guy who is still active on twitter and I messaged him to hopefully get into contact with PoptartWii.
Edit: It also turns out that they also have an account here; Link
But once again they were last seen in 2011. In fact, it seems the last mentions of the guy being active was back in 2014

pirate channel: https://gbatemp.net/attachments/pirate-channel-forwarder-for-hbc-v1-1-2-pira-rar.138247/ (it's outdated version though, but you might be able to patch it for the new HBC location).
for pirate theme, it'll be tricky to get it, it's really limited edition, but you can make something alike yourself with some efford.
do know that these wii themes used to be dangerous, since those could brick your wii.

it's most certainly not safe... i've done one wii with succes, a custom pirate mod, going the full monty... i've sold that one... killed another one following the excact same process, both wore the same system menu (4.3e), and both already working fully patched. yes i got it repaired by using priiloader and original system menu wad file... still, it's not safe...

there are a few though that come close, and you can edit those (the 3d moveng skulls are the missing part, and the dark pirate can be used maibe?
i can't find the excact original one, but maybe someone can fork thier own version...
