I've found a 3DS build of RetroArch that's very VC-like. You can see it if you use FBI to download "Dr. Robotnik's Plan B" from the TitleDB. Does anyone know what version/build this is? I would like to use this bake-in version to distribute some homebrew on not-VC.

NSUI has retroarch as an option for injection, that's most likely what was used as a forwarder of sorts
