Hacking Looking for someone to turn my MCR to PSV

I don't have a modded PS3 so I can't convert my MCR to PSV. Can anyone help me? I've googled it but it seems the conversion can't happen unless some signatures from the PS3 are added.

I would like to play the game on my PS3, this is the save file before my the one my PSVITA got corrupted..... It's the only copy I have left of it.
