all people have pointed out is that the kernel exploit exists on 4.x..... and not 9.x, i don't care why people want CFW's/flashcards/rom loaders do what you like, but there is nothing hypercritical from pointing out that the reason there is no cfw for 9.x is because there is no kernel exploit for 9.x.....seems people just want to believe there is but the whole world is against them....go buy a 4.x console if you want this stuff nobody is stopping anyone, its not like they are hard to find if you get off your arse and go look

btw, one more proof that ninjhax doesn't have kernel access is that he said that region-free playing would be achieved by hot-swapping carts (and, again, he repeated for the 1000th time that it may not even be possible to do).

Good thing he support emulators. Because playing old system games for free is a completely different story. It's not like Nintendo selling them now in Virtual Console or something... that would be just silly. So downloading them and playing using ninjahax is 100% legal, unlike 3DS roms, obviously.

3DS_CFW needs encryption with 0 and it can't install retail CIAs.
But if they found code to decrypt, they can bypass it only when CIA is not encrypted.
Of course, it allows to install retail CIAs.
