Hell, look at the Geek Squad at Best Buy, i was there doing a return the other day and heard them charging a lady like 30 dollars just to update the Firmware on her IPad.

100$ last I checked to 'install' a ps3(not including onsite appearance, 'taxes' and other crap). It's like 3 wires, right?; power cord, A/V and controller charge wire?
This is why stupid people exist, to make THEM rich for doing NOTHING.
And to the topic, people seriously need to learn how to read and use google/search functions.
