Loadiine IS cafiine.
It redirects access to SD card.

If you want to mod your games, just replace the file on the SD card, or create new folder in a "updates" folder in your game's folder.
example :
game's name [TitleID]/updates/My mod/ content+meta+code here

then in loadiine, enable the individual game settings, and select the "my mod" update to replace the files on the fly.

merge all files together.

1 put the game files
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/code
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/content
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/meta

2. merge the game with the updates
replace in the game folder, NOT in the "updates" subfolder.

3. you can now either merge again the updated game with the modded files, or use the "updates" subfolder.
I would use the subfolder trick, to keep the "merged" game+update clean so you can easily update or edit the modded files if a new mod version is released.

splatoon [ID of splatoon]/code
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/content
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/meta
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/updates/
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/updates/mod/
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/updates/mod/code
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/updates/mod/content
splatoon [ID of splatoon]/updates/mod/meta
