@vb_encryption_vb got my console back to me in just over a week, for a very fair price. I've done some soldering before, but didn't want to risk screwing up the board when 3DS's keep flying out of stock.

I got 5 identical NAND dumps from the port (wanted to be careful), and was able to get A9LH and Luma installed on my own within the hour.

@vb_encryption_vb I had my 3DS downgraded and hardmodded, and received today in excellent condition. I'm totally satisfied with his work. The shipping was pretty fast since I live about 2 1/2 hours away from his location. I recommended anyone to pick him to do service with your 3DS. There is my pictures below.
