ROM Hack Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons/Ages Mods/Patches

I know this is the GBA forum, but the games do have GBA features, so it's not really off-topic. Anyway, I was wondering where I can find modded/patched versions of these games. Do any exist? When I search online for them, all I get is spam.

Well I surfed through all my sites I have and so far they all say there are no mods or anything for any either of them
But I found some for Link's Awaking

If you guys don't want to go off topic, I'd be more than happy to hear anything about modding and Zelda games, especially the 2Ds.

Also, can anyone direct me to a program that's great for patching? I've downloaded a few things, but they've never worked.
