Last Couple of Nights Were Almost Sleepless

For the last couple of days, I couldn't sleep until 12:30 or something. The last 2 nights were the worst, though. The night before last night, I couldn't sleep until 4 AM. Last night was 2 AM. I don't know what's the problem, sadly. Any ideas, anyone?

Wake up earlier. You will be very tired and you may be able to fall asleep at a good time.
EDIT: Or it may be Insomnia.

That doesn't sound too bad.

Have you been eating/drinking sugary or caffeinated things within a few hours before bed? If so, that's probably the culprit. You may not feel hyper, but you will lose sleep.

Otherwise...stress?

To those above me: insomnia IS losing sleep. Losing sleep isn't a symptom. If he's losing sleep, he does have insomnia - the question is what's causing it.

I've woken up at about 7 everyday. I don't drink or eat anything caffeinated close to when it's time to sleep. Nothing has happened to cause me any stress before the sleepless nights started. I guess it's insomnia.

In order for you too really get a good nights sleeps is not too drink caffinated stuff after 1:00 PM

i have onset insomnia whenever im somewherer other than in my own bed, then i just take pills and im fine
