Hi!

Here is some recap of my suggestions for translations to fix for cfg v53 alpha:

-On Game Option page < Manage > should be without spacing as explained to me by gannon:
gannon said:
2) Meant to be that way because it is not a changeable option, but a menu button
(See here for French screenshot)

-Untranslated text: "ERROR: ISFS problem (-22)" (The rest is now translated: Error storing playlog file).

-When installing game "free of" and "GB" (as you can see here).

-"Are you sure you want to delete this partition" isn't fully translated…
The word "delete" is still in English as you can see here.

-And on this choosing partition screen: "Size(GB)", "Mount", "Used", "UNUSED" are in English (see above or here).

-Rated X+ for X players (on usb/disc game info page => see here, here, or even there.

-GB (for game size, I would need to change it into "Go") as you can see here 1, here 2, here 3 or there 4.

-ASC/DES (see here) (It would be "CROI/DÉCR" in French for Croissant/Décroissant).

-"Game Default"/"Console Default"/"Force PAL" etc. on game option screen (see here or there).

-Cover: DISC, FLAT, etc. even if it appears the time of downloading only.

-When taking screenshots the word "Saved" appears untranslated even if it's not important.

Note: I updated French screenshots available here.

Thank you for this, but WHY did not you ask me first?
Why would I do that? I've mentioned you in the lang file.

You don´t understand anything as far as i can see...
It´s called "Language Team", not "yeah, something to get my hands on because the person who translated it at first is not going to improve this anymore"!

That has nothing to do with:

I've mentioned you in the lang file.

It has something to do with consultation, that has not happened in this case! Thats why i´m mad at you, do you understand? I hope so...

I will try to improve your language File today...

Next time: you simply talk with me, thank you!

Geridian, your translation was a little bit ugly for me. That's the reason why i've revised it.

Geridian, the german language file is yours. I will not publish an updated version.
Are you satisfied now?

Have fun with it,
WiiNero

Same to you

Just ask me first and no Problem.
Some behave in the internet as in real life and can not handle criticism, that´s for sure.

@ALL:

Redone language File for Version v52 will be done today or the next day, i don´t know exactly.

Geridian, WiiNero:
I don't understand what this fuss is all about? It's not that important who does the translation, as long as it's updated. And since Geridian hasn't updated it for the past few versions I think WiiNero was safe to assume that Geridian stopped updating it. So, please stop fighting over it, i'm sure we can all get along...

Brazilian Portuguese Translation:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U5SIQJUA

Instructions (for v52):

1- Copy the PT_BR.lang file into SDCARD:/usb-loader/Languages folder;
2- Open the SDCARD:/usb-loader/config.txt file and insert the next line:
translation = PT_BR

3- Done!

Now you can enjoy your USB-Loader CFG in portuguese!

*********************
(Portuguese)
Instruções de como instalar (versão 52)

1- Copie o arquivo PT_BR.lang para a pasta SDCARD:/usb-loader/Languages ;
2- Abra o arquivo de configuração SDCARD:/usb-loader/config.txt e adicione a seguinte linha:
translation = PT_BR

3- Pronto!!!

Agora é só curtir o USB-Loader CFG em português!

I've updated german language for 53b: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=205...t&p=2594892

I'm creating Configurator Japanese translation Files,
but I can't translate "???" lines. For example:
Code:
strings0 | "Invalid option on line {0} ({1}):" # {0} is line number, {1} is the reason

Can you fix or explain to me?

I'm not sure what you mean by "???" lines.

As for that line, you just translate the text, but you should leave {0} and {1} in the string somewhere as the line number and reason for the error will be added within those spaces later. They are like the % format strings in C, but you can reorder them if you like.

An example translation (to a different form of English):
CODEstrings0 | "There was an error due to {1} on line {0}:"

Thanks, but I also can't translate looks like
Code:
strings1 | "Update Configurable USB Loader"
strings2 | "Update Configurator"
(see this file)
You need to edit menus35 and menus36 in configurator.cdb to change the menu items. The ones you changed are for the title of the dialog box that appears when you select the menu options.

Jabe: can you use same version as cfg version for your translation files?
Otherwise it's hard to tell which 0.6 / 0.7 / 0.8.* version belongs to which cfg version.
So i suggest using version like: 53a or if you want to append your own minor modifications, then something like 53a.1, 52a.2 ...

Anyway, v53b2 should address the following issues:

Is this right in that way as i translated it? Perhaps WIINero can check this out, i hope so.

/edit Lucky english speaking people, rated is really hard to translate ( i think so). In order to translate it properly, I would have had to write "Altersfreigabe", which would have been too long.
"Ab 7+ Jahren" looks like some kind of crap, too.

/edit 2 Translated < ASC > and < DESC > with and , written out there would have been a problem, because then I would have to write "Aufsteigend" and "Absteigend", which would also once again been too long.

/edit 3 Here is the link: http://rapidshare.com/files/353948485/USB_...G_V53b2_GER.rar or http://www.megaupload.com/?d=O5KOJGUU

Don´t know what´s the meaning of < ASC > and < DESC >, so wrote it down in the translation as it was in english.
ASC and DESC are short for "ASCending" and "DESCending". They are used in the sort menu.
