soo if i load payload from phone it fails then use the windows app it will work but i have to fail the android way first..... any suggestions lol?

Payload from windows is supposed to fail the first time, then you boot it again.

it fails from windows everytime but if i try the android way it fails then i plug into the windows version it says it fails but it loads the lakka.....

In Lakka:
Settings --> Services ---> Enable SAMBA
Find the IP address of your switch when it's in lakka

On Computer:
type the ip address in file explorer, then all your folders will show up

Edit: There are like two other methods in the guide

soo idk lol i give up. I will just wait a bit longer. I got it too boot only twice and i had to have two devices fail the payload then it would boot. But its not doing it now. thanks for the help though man

Okay so I’ll ran it, the opening sequence ran extremely fast and then when it got to the “memory stick” loading screen my switch shut off completely. The shut off could have been me having a low battery maybe, so I’ll try it again a little later when I wake up

No problem, it’s strange that you accessed it before but couldn’t after

Read the FAQ. Black screen on boot is either shut down immediately and try again, or wait for everything to be done while the screen is down and shut down and try again.

What is the reason audio still doesn't work? There's gotta be some big hurtle in the way since it would be already dealt with if it was simple.

The reason is : drivers are in L4T, 4.4. We have 4.16. The driver interface changed between the two, everything has to be rewritten. tardyp is busy, and it's hard, and he's not alone, hence things moving slowly.

If he's managing to use a 256GB SDXC card it's probably one of those fake ones from AliExpress for £15 that's just a 4GB card with hacked firmware to fool anything into thinking it's 256GB

Yes, this fix is already in the latest lakka
