Technically she did "betray" the team, but it seems that what she actually did was not as significant as it's being made out to be.

I consider MULTIPLE key members leaving the team as falling apart. No one on the team fully trusts one another, no one fully agrees with one another. Top contributors or not.

Afaik, the only people who left are Aurora (does nothing for atmosphere), Qyriad (just a mod), ktemkin (stopped contributing to atmosphere long ago).

None of those people except for ktemkin can be argued as key members, and she stopped doing anything atmosphere related long ago.

Quite the contrary. Kate was no longer a contributor for the project and I got the fusee stuff working well enough for a bootable build.

My point is, a thread that revolves around drama should have been locked/deleted a long time ago. This is the same reason why we can't ask why "x" member is banned.

Kate said on Twitter that only the pixel C specifically is affected and not the switch, and therefore it has nothing to do with deja Vu or Mariko. I don't think she would make that up because it would be so easily refuted.

The Pixel C is basically a Nintendo Switch. If it's a hardware exploit like FG, I'd be worried. If its a software exploit, less so.
