Actually labeled 'Toshiba', but it's identical to Kingston 1GB (Japan), they are both PNY OEM!

Of course fake ones are being sold on eBay, but I can happy tell you these are not, some people like to it blow up to 'all cards on ebay are fake' just because they didn't do their homework and paid to much at another place. Well, take advantage, or not...

I thought this might be of interest to the Europeans, as some deals went by on the forums which were only available for those who live in the U.S.
Maybe we can group together other nice finds in this topic.

You can get one for about the same price from a UK ebay seller.

I got mine last week for £13.49 shipped ( and it came next day). Mine was a Dane-Elec 1Gb ( its another Japan Toshiba rebadge, same as Kingston). The seller has 1Gb micro SD cards ending almost every hour, so its easy to bag one at a similar price ( seller i used was tmduk ).

It works great in my R4 DS..

Amazon.co.uk were selling the kingston 1gb MicroSD cards for £9.99. They ran out quick, I had to order a sandisk 1gb MicroSD instead. I would have order something else with the kingston to get the total over £15 to get free delivery. Getting any type of memory card on ebay is very dodgy, I'd rather pay a bit more and know that I'm getting an original card.

With all this talk of fake cards you would think lots of people are having problems.

In all the threads i have read on fake cards, nobody has had any problems with their cards even if they think it may be fake.
There seems to be a lot of the "its cheap it must be fake" mentality along with " don't buy off ebay cos they are all fakes" rubbish.

Look at the feedback on ebay sellers. If they have been registered for a few years with 100% feedback when selling memory cards then i doubt they are selling fakes. Just avoid the newish hong kong sellers.

I have just bought another card off ebay .. £13.01 with next day delivery for a 1Gb card ( Viking brand which is another toshiba card). You can get cards for about £10 delivered if you go for one of the hong kong sellers ( the PNI cards regulaly go for about £10 delivered from the seller in the first post). But delivery is around 2 weeks.
