Studio Trigger and Arc System Works revealed that they are collaborating on Kill la Kill the Game, the video game adaptation of the popular anime series, in a new teaser trailer released today:

The official website, which launched with numerous language options including Japanese, English, Taiwanese, Chinese, Korean, and French, revealed that the game's genre will be "battle action" type and will support up to 2 players. The website also mentions that more information will be released at Anime Expo 2018 between July 5-8. A few in-game screenshots were also made available:

The game is in development by APLUS and is set to come sometime in 2019. No word on the platform(s) that the game will be releasing on.

One thing I really like about Trigger anime is that every screen is a GameBoy screen. I would love if they incorporated those with some neat pixel art for the UI and stuff like that.

Nice, I liked the anime allot I kinda did wish for a game out of it before. Although isn't it a little bit too late for this since kill la kill was from 4-5 years ago. All I know is that, if they add mako in her fight club uniform and satsuki in senketsu as playable fighters then it is an instant buy for me.
