ROM Hack KH - re:coded help

so i downloaded a rom last night..

i started playing it and when i had the chance to press the d-pad, start, select, etc., i pressed start and the game froze...

please help,

what must i do to remove that freezing part?

If memory serves, that would be the anti-piracy in effect. You must use the European release by SUXXORS because he removed the anti-piracy protection on that release.

Exactly. The AP is still present on the (U) release with no firmware updates from anywhere yet to specifically fix this game. Firmware releases from reliable groups (YWG for example) shouldn't be too far off of the horizon, but for now, the (E) release is your best bet.

Try to make sure it's the SUXXORS cracked one. There is probably a clean version of the (E) rom floating around by now.
