Hacking kenobigc.bin is needed to use Ocarina with DIOS MIOS

I've checked the sources.
It seems kenobigc binary, is already included internally so it's not needed in any folder.

There are two different versions :
- normal
- debugger
The debugger version is bigger, and due to MIOS limited space, it supports less cheat code if you enable the debugger setting.

BUT!

since DIOS MIOS Lite 1.0, the debugger version is forced.

It means, less codes are supported.
If you enable too many cheats, it will not work. (same if you enable a single cheat which uses too many codes)

yeah, because I thought it was required (like Nintendont required it), so I added a check for that file in the latest revision of USBLoaderGX.
sorry about that. I'll remove the check in a later revision.
