    I've checked the sources.
It seems kenobigc binary, is already included internally so it's not needed in any folder.

There are two different versions :
    - normal
    - debugger
The debugger version is bigger, and due to MIOS limited space, it supports less cheat code if you enable the debugger setting.

    https://code.google.com/p/dios-mios-lite-source-project/source/browse/trunk/DML/Patches.c#811
    https://code.google.com/p/dios-mios-lite-source-project/source/browse/trunk/DML/CheatCode.c

    BUT!

since DIOS MIOS Lite 1.0, the debugger version is forced.
    https://code.google.com/p/diosmios/source/browse/trunk/Patches.c#766
    https://code.google.com/p/diosmios/source/browse/trunk/CheatCode.c

It means, less codes are supported.
If you enable too many cheats, it will not work. (same if you enable a single cheat which uses too many codes)

Odd USB loader GX was asking me to fetch the kenobigc.bin file, and i am running the 2.10 version of DIOS MIOS.

yeah, because I thought it was required (like Nintendont required it), so I added a check for that file in the latest revision of USBLoaderGX.
sorry about that. I'll remove the check in a later revision.
