Hacking Just got a Wii U what are the steps to get vWii working?

FYI have a Wii with an external USB already, however just got a WiiU and updated to latest firmware as of July 28th 2013..

I see a couple of guides on the site for various features and add-ons however I wanted to ask for myself and other new users that have similar questions. What is the newest / proper way to get vWii modded?

If someone could point user of this thread to the threads, and or updated instructions on whats needed It would be appreciated.

Some of these guides are quit old and lots of don't need this or that anymore. So hoping to get a newer step by step for beginners.
