the firmware is 11.4
i have paper mario sticker star and pokemon black 2. any exploits with these or what are my options?

If you are wanting CFW you have nothing with those. You would wanna check out NTRboot https://3ds.hacks.guide/ntrboot or you can look at seedminer which needs only 1 console https://gbatemp.net/threads/seedminer-single-system-dsiware-injection.495685/

i got a 2ds xl not long ago. got an r4i 3ds rts plus to hack it. worked great with the above guide.

Its a secondary entry point. With homebrew on your system before hand. Its not going to work

it does not seem to work on the new 2ds. ill try it on the old one.
