My 2ds xl won't boot, all ribbon cables are plugged in, the top screen is replaced, the microphone had new cables soldered on, the latch of one of the connectors got broken off but i put a piece of paper on it so i can apply pressure when i need to start it but still nothing. The volume slider is also broken so that might have to do something with it. I'm a bit confused on what i need to do. For extra clarification the 2ds xl is modded.
Whenever i want to start the console i put pressure on the two ribbon cables in the top right and above the game cart but nothing happens.
I have no clue why it's not starting and it would be nice for someone to guide me further.
