I tried converting a video to a .mo but crashes:
$ C:\mobipeg-gui-windows-x86_64\mobipeg-gui.exe --encode-script mo adpcm C:/Users/{user}/Videos/intro.webm --outdir C:/Users/{user}/Videos
>> encoding C:/Users/{user}/Videos/intro.webm -> C:/Users/{user}/Videos/roundtrip_mo_adpcm.mo (624:352, fps=30000/1001, audio=adpcm)
Command failed: Command '['C:\\mobipeg-gui-windows-x86_64\\_internal\\ffmpeg.exe', '-nostdin', '-y', '-i', 'C:/Users/{user}/Videos/intro.webm', '-vf', 'scale=624:352,fps=30000/1001', '-mo_audio', 'adpcm', '-c:v', 'mobiclip', '-mobiclip', '1', 'C:/Users/{user}/Videos/roundtrip_mo_adpcm.mo']' returned non-zero exit status 3221225477.

I have C:\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe as in Path for the enviorment for other encoding outside of your tool. And I'm using the one from your tool. When the encoding starts, the ffmpeg crashes. Why?
