Hacking Just bought a R4 Gold Pro 2019 and have a question.

I've just tested out YSMenu and it's not as pretty as the original kernel, but it does work. When I do press L+R+Y+B+X+A it resets, but then shows a white screen with text saying menu that it just stays there? I'll give it a day or two. I will say the reset is annoying already. I don't really play any games that would use internal clock.

Copy the R4.Dat somewhere else, rename it to "TTMENU.DAT" and copy that back to th root of your microSD card. I am not sure why that's not included, but it's not and it's needed for soft-reset.

YSMenu has none of those features, it's a very basic kernel that has basic features like cheats and ROM loading.

I can live without them. At least I can save like normal and cheat if I need to. Cheers for helping and pointing me to this new kernel.

I am using this myself and have the Gold Pro 2019. Worked so far. Only unable to get Ni No Kuni to work though.

So can we assume the R4 Gold 2019 is a fake?
