In later firmwares (eg, 3.51, 3.52 etc), is it possible that SONY can check weather your using jailbreak as soon as your home screen appears since, as soon as your homescreen appears, the ps3 'secretly' connects to the internet to update the 'whats new' page? (the page where it tells you whats new on the psn).
This happens on the f3.50 but forgot if this happened on 3.41.
If this doesn't happen on any firmwares yet, is it possible for SONY to put this feature in on later firmwares?
