Alright so I randomly tinkered with Desmume and clicked Display Method Display SW.
Now what happened was just random but it changed my whole windows theme and at first it seemed like a bad thing until I looked at my FPS. It nearly shot up to 300 FPS and quite frankly stayed there.
However after running into a graphical error with another game I tinkered again and lost this side effect

Does anyone know exactly what happened when I did it?
All I know atm is that, I've seen it before with other programs I run in which the following happens,
A POP UP indicating something has happened to windows,
The theme changes abruptly to every single window/program having a light blue but mostly white border.
Kind of as if the theme was forcefully changed.
But I cannot replicate the issue it just happens at random and I've no idea why.
