It's HM 02 you'll get it after the 5th gym and after battling Belle

Thanks, actually talking to the web didn't do anything, but it was because I missed the gym in the city.

Holy shit. Apparently Serebii has been told by Nintendo to stop posting pics because it violate Intellectual Property. that's crazy.
