For those complaining about wanted the EXP fixed first:

I'm expecting a 'fix' to fix most/all of the issues before it is released. For example, on some cards, you cannot go into the pokecenter with the woman in front of it, which I assume is needed for game progression. Even if the exp. can be fixed, a magnitude of people will still not be able to play.

I just hope someone works on a fix for ALL cards, and not just a select few.
But regardless, you can go buy a DStwo for $40 or so if you REALLY NEED to play right now.

Has anyone gotten the game to even load on Wood R4? Mine hits a white screen of death but my SuperCard DS ONE plays it fine.

Turn sofrt reset off on wood r4 v1.12

I'll edit & test this on my 1:1 R4 clone running wood; also, can anyone confirm that you gain exp from your first two battles (visible on the bar below your pokemon's healthbar in battles) on legit versions?

That part is the tutorial, there are no exp gains on Belle and Cheren...

I assume the third line is incomplete, as the replacement hex is shorter than the original one. Right? By using the current strings, DeSmuME cannot boot up the game anymore, FYI.

Lol the "hex fix" was removed. It couldn't have worked anyway because the 3rd change would change the file size.
Was already mentioned, and sry the fix wasn't removed, just in the quotes.
