It's AP, believe me. Im past the tutorial and still don't get exp. (I;m on route 2, my mom just gave me the running shoes.

As far as i am concerned,only DSTWO v1.06 can perfectly run the ROM(with no freeze,able to gain experience after each battle etc..)

You can disable the sound, that'll speed it up.

You don't actually level up at the start of the game. Starter remains at Level 5 til the end of the tutorial bit

Lol, the idea of not gaining EXP is pretty cool.

Just imagine a run through the game without the possibility of exp. You'd have to form a team based solely off the level and moves of the wild Pokemon you can catch. It sounds kinda fun, but the inability to evolve one-shot Pokemon (mainly Starters) does suck.

And we all know Pokemon is too easy when you overlevel, so this gives you a challenge

I hope someone plays through the game despite the lack of EXP.

Catch a level 7 pkmn, defeat some trainers, catch a level 9 pkmn with your level 7 one, defeat some trainer, catch a level 11...etc
With that you can wait for a fix
