I am downloading it now from somewhere but I am almost sure it is 99,999999999999% not real.

2 things:

1st- If you are sure it's 99,9999999999% not real, why are you downloading it? It has no sense -.-
2nd- Maybe you are not in touch, but, if that's the case, you shouldn't talk about roms (fake or not fake, it doesn't matter).

I found a download that was floating around on 2ch, does anyone have a pic of the Pokemon Black Icon? If you do, this could confirm / deny this rom. It won't load on anything, just a white screen, so it's possible this is real and that's AP, and the only thing I have to confirm it by IS the icon pic.

Pokemon icon is on the bottom right corner. cant see the whole pokeball

Because the thread is already filled with enough off-topic and useless spam. There's thousands of posts with only a few hundred actually talking about the game. It's all "I'm downloading now but it might be fake", "Where is da rom" and similar.
