Gaming Japanese VC channels on EUR wii

Can we play Japanese games on a EUR or USA wii ?
With Trucha signer, i think... but how?

Why we must wait so long on that games ?

Japan is always first then USA and then Europe

well, most games are made in Japan, so naturally they get them first. Then, they have to be localized to other reagions which can take months. the US market is considered more important than the European, so the US tends to get releases sooner.

^European also requires multiple translations into one disc and a fatter manual covering those languages too which takes more time. Combine that with the generally much smaller compared to the NA region market, that is why in many cases the euros get it last...economics and time.
