Issue with text boxes on my switch

I recently got cfw on my switch (Atmosphere) and used my switch as I normally would. After a week or two, I realized an error that consistently occurred whenever a textbox would normally appear. Eg. Naming a user, or changing a name in game. The error reads "error code: 2002-4153 (0x207202)
Program: 0100000000001008
Even when my SD card is not inserted, and I try to use a textbox on ofw, the problem persist.
This tittle is on my system nand and I am unable to delete it with gold leaf. How would I delete this?
