So I downloaded a bunch of games, updates, and dlcs. Is it safe to put them all in the cia folder and install and delete everything? Kinda worried cause what if the update or dlc installs first before the actual game itself? Anyone knows if this is safe to do?

Iirc DLCs are considered as different titles than the game so it won't change anything to install it before or after the game, I've done that multiple times and never encountered an issue. Just make sure that the DLCs you have are the same region than the game, otherwise it won't work
