Hardware Is this monitor good for £80

I've decided I want a new monitor for Christmas to replace my current 4:3 one, but my parents don't like to spend a lot of money so I'm looking for a good monitor at around £80

I'm mainly concerned about the response time. It says it has 25ms BtW and 5ms GtG. I mainly code and go on the internet, and occasionally watch videos and play games. What do you think?

It's not a great monitor, but your needs aren't exactly demanding so it should be perfectly fine for you. 1080p resolution on a 22" screen. Just note that you cannot adjust the height, only the tilt, so take that into account when thinking about where you're going to put it.
