i might use this for a while.. and ill buy a higher memory card coz it's only 2g... i already had it for a month and i havent got any problem... i just wanted to make it a wood... but it's still ok even if it's not...

if it's working and you're happy with it, than I don't see any reason to buy a new cart, but like all R4 clones..you're gonna start getting frustrated when more and more games stops working on it

yeah.. some games are starting to not work... but it's ok.. i don't really like those games... atleast i can play the games that i want to play...

i'll just buy new one if i can't play a game that i really want to play...

like the re:coded.. im waiting for the US release but if i can't play that game.. well im definitely buying a new cart!

R4 SDHC and R4 gold both run wood now. Still that's only $3 cheaper than an Acekard and there's no guarantee that the R4 SDHC and Gold will update Wood. I have an R4 with Wood only because I got it for $2.80

Probably not. I think some people claim the B/W doesn't work on YS either. That, and YS might not work on your clone.

Seriously, just buy a new cart. Shoptemp sells 1:1 R4's for like, 6 bucks.

Probably not. I think some people claim the B/W doesn't work on YS either. That, and YS might not work on your clone.

Whatever you call it, this R4i linker supports SDHC cards, works on >= V1.4 DSi. They are not rubbish as people usually say...
They are cheap, so you don't got updates every months. But you got an alternative

First, you got to know that you can use www.ndsill.net or www.r4igold.cn firmwares (the second one got updates and informations more often) or any firmware with the same kernel/architecture.
You can also use TTDS.NDS files (files + TTMenu folder) WITH your original firmware. It means, you launch your card, then you launch the TTDS.NDS file

Then your linker is working like a TTDS card...

I could try to modify the R4i firmware used for these card to automatically launch the TTDS.NDS file when booting so you would never see the R4 menu anymore.

To play new games, you can try my tutorial here.

If you wanna test anything that could enhance performance of these card, let me know!

i've already downloaded the latest firware the R4-i English v1.4.1...

now im on the next step which is to get the last TTDS firmware.. where to get that one?

im totally confused... can you post some screen shots or links of the files i need... coz im totally confused right now... im not used to this kind of things... sorry..

Oh, sorry, I used my ISP upload/download server, didn't think about the langage... it is French!

P.S: As there are my files you would not need to do the .dat files edit part! Just copy, then put the card in the linker, the linker in the DS and play

replaced and put somefiles in my card.. and it's working now... i also have a TTmenu.nds and i can play games trough it... now for the next step?
