There is an exploit even in future firmwares. Thanks to Nintendo deciding to use the Tegra!!
But yeah, talking about the usual normal exploits, that too, just not now.

Buy some Eshop games, delete your WiFi connection and wait it out. 4.1.0 is confirmed exploitable, however nothing has been released yet.

You might as well take advantage of been able to go online before Nintendo pushes out an update.

Yes there are private exploits all the way to trustzone (full system privilege) for 4.1.0. If you care about cfw and homebrew don't update

There aren't any publicly accessible ways to access homebrew right now unfortunately. At least when you do get homebrew there will be more apps for it so i'd suggest waiting for it to come to 4.x.x

My bet is that by May we'll have some news about homebrew on 4.1.0, but still, it's just speculation until Re-Switched release something usable.
