ROM Hack is there a translation of the best DS fight game?

do you know if a project exists about a translation of "jump ultimate stars" (the best fight game on ds)

i know there are translations of the screens and menus but it is not as if they are include in the game^^

Its a pity stuff like that is considered the best for DS fighting games. Emulating Garou with NeoDS is much better than playing the games the DS got commercially.
