Hardware Homebrew Is possible play NDS games with overclock on New3DS?

I wanted play Nds games with more fps but without damage my console.

not really, the DS mode is separate from the 3DS mode, closest there is would be DSi functionality on DSi-enhanced games, but the N3DS processor doesn't really affect much of anything in DS mode

TWliight Menu++ / nds-bootstrap can apply 133MHz mode on DS games on DSi and 3DS consoles. Should work for most games. Just try it.

The way more powerful main ARM11 processor in the (New) 3DS isn't used for backwards compatibility.
