While messing around with max exp cheats for the MC and Nemissa, I was able to create codes that grant zero exp. Thes codes have been tested on real hardware and can be used to keep MC and Nemissa at level 1 even after the first vision quest.
Meaning you can play the game at level 1 in battle from the start.
