Anyway to have a vanila version of a game w updates, dlc + a separate entry for the same game/update/dlc that I plan to mod?

Isn't that a contradiction..? If you are using Azahar, you are not using a 3DS.

You could easily just have two separate Azahar installations.

Yep, i meant on azahar. If I've got 2 instalations, they would share the "Mod" folders. therefore if I wished to modify one instalation and keep the other "vanilla", both roms would still act on the same mod folder and become modded no? I've tested this and it seems to be the case.

Hence my question of whether theres a way to have 2 of the same game file with separate entries in the nand so that they have their own individual update/dlc/mods folders
