Homebrew is my rednand region free?

so i install redNAND on my wii u with mochaCFW and i was wondering once im in rednand can i just install any game from jap or eur using wupinstller and it will work? do i need to take extra steps before i install outher region games? or is redNAND just regeion free ready and dont have to do anything else?

As far as I know yes.

Your redNAND is region free but a few games need per game patches to run properly (like Super Mario 3d world jpn on usa or eur console)
