Homebrew is it true that vb_encryption_vb is the quintessential person to go to for hardmod help?

vb_encryption just happens to be the most spoken of.

well I sent my 3ds on Aug 19 this morning he pm me the tracking number so maybe 2 r 3 days I will get it. he sound legit and professional
I cant comment yet on my console but so far things looking good.

hi I don't know if u still looking I want to share my experience
vb_encryption_vb is the go to guy he perform hardmode and A9Lh on my new 3ds
he was very professional answer all my question he didn't put scratch on it I recommended this guy.
