pretty sure it will still use your systems cert so I would just suggest using villain3DS

It downloads the ticket (or the titleit+titlekey, which are enough to make a ticket) from that website, and the contents from the CDN... as every other unofficial title downloader

No, FBI doesn't support (yet) the new method
