I have a 2.3 switch and want to install nsps with reinx. Am I safe when I restore my nand and play something online? Couldn't find a safe answer

The question itself is fine, don't worry.

You're never 100% safe if you have used CFW on the Switch. But yes, restoring and the upgrading the official way is often the most safe way to play online. But then you burn fuses.
