Hacking ios36 prob

Hi guys I'm new so please be gentle

I followed a tut do softmod my wii on 4.1 but messed something up with ios60 which prevented it from booting on ios60 and also the sytem menu kept freezing when booting on 249. I decided what I would do is update to 4.2 and start again.

I have installed bootmii as an ios but am having problems patching ios36. When I try to downgrade ios15 (either via net or wad files) I get ES_ADDTITLESTART RETURNED 1035 maybe you need an updated downgrader. If I choose patch ios36 in TBR i get
ES_addtitlestart returned: -2011
you need to use an ios with trucha bug.
thats what the ios15 downgrade is good for
ios36 installation failed

If I try to open iosdop the screen just goes completely blank.

Please could someone help me with this. Am I missing something simple or have I just made a pigs ear of it lol?

follow my guide instead

it sounds like the one you followed is outdated

you have no trucha bug

Hi m8 thanks for reply.

I have got as far as run trucha and choose ios15 then press A but when I do it comes up
