Hacking IOS Downgrader v1.0

I was running the IOS Downgrader as mentioned in this thread:

So I finished the steps, and when I got to this step:

Step 5:
Using the ‘Homebrew Channel’, open ‘IOS Downgrader’. Just follow the instructions on the screen and wait until it finishes installing the necessary IOSs.

(under the Wii Fix Guide)

I ran the application, and it said 2 things:

Initializing ISFS subsystem......Done!

And then it said:

Initializing network, please wait.. ERROR! ret = -116


Someone please help

Have you checked so your wireless connection works and is turned on?
