well dont open it until you have your camera on it thats the only way to make sure its not been tampered with ie you opened it put a dsi xl in ti then closed it back then start camera and then do the unboxing
so make sure its still in the package it was sent to you in whether it be brown or yellow or white

It's funny that you're so naive to expect to get an XL in the package. Why would Nintendo let another company sell its hardware and undercut its prices. It doesn't make any sense.

The box with the picture of the XL or DSi is just a box that contains the accessories you're getting. Intec makes/sells junky accessories. I would be surprised that you even get the games. My bet is that you're only getting the accessories.

I have a midnight blue DSi XL. The bottom probably looks black but it looks mostly brown dude. Just depends on your source of lighting in the house. I've held and used a bronze one before. They are not black. Blacks were only released for DSi's. XLs come in red, bronze, burgandy, or midnight blue. Midnight blue for the way. It's amazing. lol

anyway, if i were OP i'd get a refund. you're not going to find a legitimate bundle like that with the console included on amazon.

So this is what I got. It has the space for the Dsi Xl, the space for the games, but it comes with only accesories. It is not distributed by Intec, Its distributed by Jack of all games
I already called, A CSR says its supposed to come with Games and Dsi XL, Then i told him I have it in front of me. He says he will look in to it. Will call me when he gets an answer. If no call back, gonna call and try to nag about it until I get a dsi xl.

Btw They took intec accessories and put them in the bundle. Its not intecs product, its jack of all games product.
